Our Founder
Justin David Jeris created Jackson Colin Associates after decades in the contracting world because he saw a need for business to be on an even playing field with those who live and breathe construction everyday. With his vast experience in commercial and industrial construction, he is able to provide a tremendous resource to our clients.
With over 20 years of experience in industrial and commercial development, Justin has had a broad range of experiences from multi-million dollar projects for local and global clients. Justin has completed hundreds of projects from concept through occupancy through coordinating trades, developing relationships, and building positive rapport with architects, engineers, local officials, vendors, and clients while remaining cost and safety conscience.

Specialties: Managing all phases of commercial and industrial construction, demolition and environmental remediation including: sales, marketing, conceptual estimating, proposals, building code compliance, contract administration, site management, safety management, leasebacks, design-build, site selection, land acquisition, civil and architectural design, value engineering, land development, permitting, zoning appeals, site plan approval, job costing, account payables and receivables.
Justin has a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University with a major in Building Construction Management and holds 30-hour OSHA and 40-hour HAZWOPER certifications in addition to asbestos and lead awareness training. Justin has also held a Michigan Builders License since 1997.
